Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Silvalyn support within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please share your order number along with clear product photos, packaging images, and an unpacking video if available.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before processing, customization, packing, or dispatch.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact support immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
