9. Returns & Refunds

  • The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, invoice, certificates, and accessories must be included.
  • Customized, engraved, resized, specially made, final sale, or damaged-by-use products may not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

10. Cancellations

  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed as per payment method and payment gateway timelines.

11. Warranty

Silvalyn offers a 1 Year Warranty on eligible products against verified manufacturing defects only. Warranty approval is subject to inspection and verification.

  • Physical wear and tear is not covered.
  • Size changes, resizing requests, and fit-related issues after purchase are not covered.
  • Accidental damage, improper handling, misuse, pressure, impact, or dropping are not covered.
  • Damage caused by water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, lotions, sanitizer, or cleaning agents is not covered.
  • Plating fading, discoloration, surface changes, or tarnish caused by use or chemical exposure are not covered.
  • Customer must cover shipping cost to send the product to Silvalyn for warranty inspection or claim processing.

12. Jewellery Care Responsibility

Jewellery is delicate and requires proper care. Customers are responsible for following care instructions to preserve product appearance, finish, stone setting, and structure.

  • Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, sanitizer, sweat, lotions, and chemicals.
  • Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, sleeping, exercise, or heavy work.
  • Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box.
  • Clean gently with a soft dry cloth.
  • Improper care may affect warranty, return, and support eligibility.
